Since last October, I had partnered with There.com. The idea was to have fun, and interact with my own club members, in the virtual world of THERE. Sadly, sometimes all good things come to an end.
I received the following announcement, stating that effective today, THERE is closing their doors!
There.com is closing on March 9th, 2010
In 2003, There.com was launched as a 3D Immersive Virtual World for everyone.
All you need to do is, complete the simple registration process to create your new account. Then, create your AVATAR, it’s part of the process, and it’s quick, fun and easy. You can choose your clothes, hair style, and skin color. You can be who you want to be!
My avatar name is barbararae. Once you are registered, then please ad me as a friend. Then you can go to my group page directly, and paste this link into the open browser.
We will have meetings and discuss topics found on this blog, and have great fun interacting in the virtual world in THERE!
