I believe that this Earth Day page will offer you the power to find; natural cosmetics, resource conserving appliances, and tips on how you can do your part to reduce waste for the environment. You will also find meaningful eco-tips at Become.com’s “Earth Day Tips and Resources”
So, what is Become.com all about? They are a comparison search engine designed to help consumers doing product research on the web. They crawl over 3.2 billion web pages specifically from guides, expert reviews, consumer reviews, articles, specifications, forums, merchants, and a variety of other useful information to help consumers make better buying decisions. This feature can help you go shopping in your community, and be armed with informed choices.

Earth Hour indeed was quite a success this year. But most important is what we continue to do after Earth Hour. We should take proactive measures on a daily basic to protect Planet Earth.

Here in Singapore, EARTH HOUR executed succesfully.
Many private and government bodies joined this cause.
Hope we all can continue onwards from here to save our precious planet.

Hi Violet,
I’m in total agreement with you. I think a message was sent loud and clear, that hopefully government officials around the world have noticed. It is time to get serious, roll up our sleeves and work together on saving our planet!

I tried. I really did. But whose bright idea was it to have earth hour at night? It was pitch black at that time in Chicago! I couldn’t sit in the dark and do nothing for an hour.

Hi corrin,
Well, sorry but the idea was to not use any electricity for that hour. So, have a fire in the fireplace and grab a book or your ipod and relax! Kinda like camping indoors at home for an hour. It can be fun!

We are attending an Earth Day celebration at the same place we did Earth Hour. The kids want to go also, but it’s the day after the prom, so I hope they are not worn out and too tired to go.

Hi Julie,
I love seeing younger people taking part in celebrations to save the Earth. It’s so important! I hope they can fit it into their schedule

If the stupid human race didnt screw the Earth up to begin with we wouldnt be in this mess, so Im not putting in my part because they should of thought before they all acted. It annoys me that we and future generations have to suffer because the human race is on self destruction mode.
